Social media · Unpaid placement
Internship — Social Media Manager
Run the day-to-day of real client accounts — beauty, food, fashion, hospitality — across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, in Polish, English or Turkish.
Most of what is open here is an unpaid placement — student and graduate practice placements, for university credit where your programme allows it — and we say so first because it is the first thing you need to know. A paid role states its salary range in this same place. The agreement is signed with you, and with your university where there is one, before your first day.
- Commitment
- Length and weekly hours are agreed with you before you start, around your studies.
- Where
- Fully remote — we have no office. You work from wherever you are, and you are out on location for the rest: shoots, client visits, festival and event stands, mostly in and around Warsaw.
- Working languages
- English is the language of the team. Polish or Turkish on top of it is a real advantage on most of our accounts, and neither is a requirement.
Our social work is not one brand with one voice: it is several, in several languages, for founders who are often selling into Poland from abroad for the first time. You will sit with whoever owns the account, learn how the calendar is actually built, and take over pieces of it as you go.
What you would do
- Draft posts, captions and stories to a brief, then take the edits
- Keep the content calendar honest — what is scheduled, what is late, what is missing
- Shoot and cut simple phone-first video when the brief calls for it
- Reply to comments and DMs in the brand’s voice, escalating what needs a human decision
- Pull the monthly numbers and say what you think they mean
Who we are looking for
- You already run an account — your own, a society’s, a friend’s shop. Show us that one.
- You write cleanly in at least one of English, Polish or Turkish
- You can cut a video on a phone without being taught
- You would rather ask a question twice than guess once
What you get out of it
- Named accounts you can put in a portfolio, with permission
- How a paid campaign and an organic calendar are supposed to talk to each other
- A written reference at the end, and a straight answer about your work all the way through
We will not ask you to buy followers, run a giveaway we cannot honour, or post anything about a client we cannot show them first.
What these are not
Not a paid job. Not visa or work-permit sponsorship — you need to already have the right to study or stay in Poland. And not a promise of employment afterwards: if a role opens and you are the right person for it we will say so, but come for the placement, not for the promise.
How to apply
Email us with the role in the subject line. Send a CV, and — this counts for more than the CV — two or three things you have actually made: an account you ran, a poster, a page you wrote, a site you built. Two short paragraphs on why this agency, in English, Polish or Turkish. We read everything and answer within a working week, including the no.
